My tip is to limit yourself to only one helping of each item on the bbq but without the roll surrounding it. Stack your plate up with the salad often offered at bbqs. If, like me, you're not a massive salad fan just pick out the bits u like. Cucumber and tomatoes contain barely any calories as they are water-based.
