    i have been doin bout half an hour of aerobic exercise a day . its just a video i have found on you tube or even on the fitness channel on sky . is this enough exercise ??? im just not sure if i should be doing more . my partner says that i shouldnt do more than half an hour a day cause it will do more harm than good ???? i just dont know help !!

  • Fitness instructors recommend 30-40 mins of exercise 4 times a week. So doing 1/2 an hour a day is plenty i would say as long as its enough to make your heart rate increase and get a bit sweaty.

  • I think you're doing really great, that's a really good level of activity. I don't see how doing more would harm you it depends on how you feel.

  • thankyou :-) goin swimming for an hour tonight looking forward to that :-) and yes my heart rate increased and i was a LOT sweaty lol !!!! yuk . hahah i think he said that coz i was aching so much and couldnt walk up the stairs without saying ouch on every step hahaha . feelin ghealthy tho :-) thanks for the advice :-) x
