    eannette, have the same problem,just started on plan,I find I cando sitting exercises in chair as advised by doctor, arms legs etc light weights (can of beans). try walking on the spot holding onto backof a chair. a little is better than nothing, good luck, averill

    hi all, this is my 1st time on this site.I have rheumatiod arthritis also a decompressed spine.I only go for a walk with my dog when able to, so i need to know what other kind of exercises i can do.Which will help me to lose weight but are not taxing on my bone,s. thank you to all for any comments which will help me.

    hi just started plan two days ago, went for walk today. i hate the gym any other exercise suggestions
