Whenever I sit down I look at my thighs and feel like they are fat and look horrible, I need someone to give me advice on how to feel better about them...

  • :-( I know that feeling! My things are where I carry most of my weight. But don't forget most people have wobbly thighs, my friends say I exaggerate how big mine are, maybe it's the same for you? In terms of clothes/jeans, I tend to go for quite fitted 'boot cut' (the firm denim holds the wobble in place- but I don't mean skintight lycra, more thick/firm M&S/Gap fabric). The kick-flare balances the leg. Another trend I have had some compliments with wearing is a 50s 'flare' skirt, because basically no one can tell the size of the thighs under the flary fabric. There are loads in the shops at the moment, especially Primark, M&S and Debenhams. I wanted to wear leggings but was wary of the wobble, in Primark they have leggings called 'support' they are 1/2 leggings 1/2 spanx type things. I also wear these under skirts as footless tights (so now i actually show my legs a bit!).

  • i try to go walking every weekend at least, it is said to be a good sport and it helps your body too. waling up mountains helps your calf muscles alot! I also enjoy swimming and cycling i do swimming three times a week now (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) I imagined myself as a blob before this and it does wonders for those bingo wings :D!! As for you thighs i recommend cycling.

  • when you sit down your thighs are gonna look big because your squashing them but if you stand up they would probally look like half the size :)
